Sales Agent
This position is responsible for selling homes in one of our Granville communities. The incumbent in this full-time sales position is expected to work in a sales office assisting buyers with their home purchase, building relationships with potential buyers and in the community and following up with perspective buyers.
Qualified candidates must have a current California Real Estate License, a minimum of 2 years real estate sales experience (preferably in new home sales), excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to close deals and develop/maintain relationships, polished and professional in demeanor and approach, exceptional listening skills, able to remain calm, focused, positive and cheerful while changing direction and priorities frequently, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet our high expectations for delivering outstanding customer service. Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Executive Assistant
The Executive
Administrative Assistant will work
with company leadership in all facets of the business. Duties include
providing superior administrative support including calendar management,
written correspondence, report generation, research and representing leadership
at internal and external events.
A qualified
candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years executive level
support, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer
research and MS Office application skills, a polished and professional demeanor
and approach, the ability to remain calm, focused, positive and cheerful while
changing direction and priorities frequently.
The ideal candidate
is a self starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. An
interest and/or prior experience in the real estate industry are desired.
Controller
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a working knowledge of directing budgets and
cost controls, conducting financial analysis and managing accounting practices
and financial reports. This person is responsible for analyzing interpreting
financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial
performance. He/she will prepare monthly financial
statements, year end financials and manage the daily accounting duties for the
department. This person must be a resourceful, self starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment with high expectations.
A qualified
candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field,
3-5 years management experience in an accounting department, experience working
with multiple companies/entities, 2 -3 years public accounting experience,
strong analytical skills, exposure working with banks and CPA firms, and an
upbeat, outgoing, professional demeanor. CPA highly desired.
Onsite Resident Manager
The Onsite Resident
Manager lives and works at one of downtown Fresno’s premiere Mural District
properties. He/she will be responsible for greeting and showing/touring
apartments to prospective residents; processing and supervising resident
applications, move-ins and move-outs; assisting in tenant screening and
processing of credit checks; and rent collection and deposit processing. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional customer
service by establishing professional relationships with all residents, vendors
and co-workers.
A qualified
candidate will have 3-5 years property management experience, passion for
providing exceptional customer service, ability to work a flexible schedule
including nights and weekends. Bi-lingual preferred.
